On this page, below the list of available Upgrade / Downgrade Options, you see a big red button labeled "Cancel Account".
Click this button, and confirm the cancellation.

NOTE: Your Account will be cancelled on the day of the NEXT monthly billing cycle.
E.g., if you became a member on July 17th, and you cancel on September 2nd, you will remain an active member until September 16th.
